This work ensures responsible orderly, economic, beneficial, and regulatory compliant outcomes for Infrastructure real property.<\/p>\n<p>As the Senior Land Use Planner, you will provide professional planning services to support the Alberta Government\u2019s involvement with acquiring, disposing, developing and regulating land.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Land Acquisition Projects &#8211; Prepare and drafts documents for Infrastructure&#8217;s acquisition of land for capital projects.<\/li>\n<li>Capital Projects &#8211; Support Management with land use planning expertise for site selection of capital project development or redevelopment activities in the City of Edmonton and northern Alberta.<\/li>\n<li>TUC Program &#8211; Assist Management with delivery of the Edmonton TUC program. Drafts and facilitates Ministerial Consents to enable construction of needed highways, utility services and other activities within the TUC.<\/li>\n<li>Land Disposition Projects &#8211; repairs and drafts documents for Infrastructure&#8217;s surplus land transfer and disposition projects.
