Having experienced a series of interconnected global, country-wide, and local crises, we have learned several lessons that directly apply to Canada\u2019s institutions and systems. How can planners help this country be resilient?   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disruptions are rarely unforeseen. We\u2019re aware of risk factors and we can plan and prepare for a range of scenarios. Planners are in positions to identify scenarios, connect across disciplines, and provide leadership on risk mitigation and disaster resiliency.
