L&#8217;application d&#8217;une optique d&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9, de diversit\u00e9, d&#8217;inclusion et d&#8217;accessibilit\u00e9 (EDIA) \u00e0 tous les niveaux de la pratique de la planification est n\u00e9cessaire pour confronter et traiter le racisme et la discrimination syst\u00e9miques dans les syst\u00e8mes de gouvernance, les pratiques et les politiques que les planificateurs l&#8217;inclusion<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre nos progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9, de diversit\u00e9, d&#8217;inclusion et d&#8217;accessibilit\u00e9 (EDIA) depuis 2021, le PCI a men\u00e9 sa deuxi\u00e8me enqu\u00eate EDI Insight en 2024. La feuille de route nous aide \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la repr\u00e9sentation de la profession et contribue \u00e0 une gouvernance \u00e9quitable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des initiatives de sensibilisation et
