CCP-Indigenizing the planning process

June 27, 2018 | Posted byPublié par : CIP | Indigenous Planning

This webinar introduced the Comprehensive Community Planning (CCP) process-a holistic, long-term, community-driven planning model developed by First Nations in Canada. Fundamentally different from municipal planning, the CCP model has been adopted by hundreds of Indigenous communities in Canada. Weaving in stories from some of the communities she has worked with, Jessie shared key insights and resources to support Indigenous planners and those working with Indigenous communities in the decolonization of their CCP work.
