Note: This webinar falsely listed the dates of our upcoming national conference as June 26-29, 2023. The conference will be held from June 27-30, 2023.

While it seems that not a week goes by where something in the media doesn't catch us off-guard, many times we shouldn't be surprised. No one - not even planners - can predict the future, but there are methods and frameworks to build resilience and adaptability into our everyday work.

Strategic foresight is the art & science of anticipating, exploring, and shaping the future. Understanding how trends, technology innovations, and behavioural changes will unfold in the years to come helps shape resilient teams, organizations, and strategies. This interactive webinar will challenge participants to think critically about how they think about the future and provide some practical approaches on how to scale this mindset within teams & organizations.
