Rural Impact – our panel presentation led by 2B Developments will feature how Rural Impact Canada, a prize winner of the CMHC Housing Supply Challenge, is contributing to affordable housing development in rural and small municipalities by leveraging MSCs and breaking down barriers related to servicing infrastructure to enable dense and diverse development to help support community growth in a reasonable way for municipalities in Ontario and across Canada.
