We are pleased to launch the 2021 CIP member survey!
Your participation in this survey is invaluable, as your input will help shape the organization’s next strategic plan.
We have designed the survey in two parts, allowing you to complete a short version in 7 minutes, which is focused on our strategic planning priorities, or the full survey in approximately 12-15 minutes. Survey results will be tabulated along with other respondents and all responses are completely confidential.
To show our appreciation for your time, three $100 gift cards will be awarded through a random draw once the survey closes.
