The Professional Standards Board (PSB) for the Planning Profession in Canada is seeking proposals to develop a comprehensive Mentorship Handbook. This handbook will support mentors in delivering high-quality mentorship to candidates pursuing RPP certification.
About the Project: The mentorship handbook will provide mentors with materials to facilitate 1 year of monthly 1-hour mentorship meetings. It will include 12 modules covering essential RPP mentorship topics, effective mentoring strategies, and exam preparation guidance. This resource aims to enhance the mentorship experience and support candidates in their journey to becoming RPP’s.
Eligibility: We invite RPP planners, planning academics, educational consultants, mentorship experts, or adult learning specialists to submit proposals. Consulting teams should include at least one RPP.
