This session will provide a fast and funny introduction to the everyday life of a planner at a law firm. It will draw on a niche area of planning and primarily focus on due diligence, writing with clear and concise language, and protecting/managing the credibility of planners and the profession. The emphasis will be on managing the credibility of a planner when preparing an Explanatory Note and Key Map for CMC notices and reviewing/commenting on Expert Planner’s Witness Statements. This presentation will last approximately 10 minutes.
