This CIP-sponsored session will bring together the Presidents of the National Planning Associations attending ACTION for a dynamic discussion on the future of planning in an era of uncertainty—spanning global politics, climate change, housing, and beyond. The panel will discuss international trends, challenges, and opportunities, while highlighting how planners can work together to elevate the profession and strengthen the communities we serve. This session builds on last year’s highly attended Presidents’ Panel at APA’s National Planning Conference, which focused on the international housing crisis.
