New in 2026, a special fundraising soirée is planned to raise funds for the CIP/ICU Planning Student Trust Fund (CIP-PSTF), the Canadian planning profession’s national charity. FUSION will be a bilingual conference, and we’ll therefore be providing all in-person and online conference delegates access to English/French simultaneous translation services each day, so that all presentations are accessible in both of Canada’s official languages. Exhibitor Booth

Ensure your organization has a prominent on-site presence at the conference with an exhibitor booth. Your 8 x 10 ft. booth comes with a skirted display backing, one six-foot skirted table, and two chairs.

Through the mobile app, delegates will be able to contact you, locate your booth on the floorplan, and view your organization’s website.

Your booth will be included in the exhibitor passport, which drives delegates to visit each exhibitor. When completed by delegates, passports are dropped off at the CIP booth for a chance to win a free registration to the following year’s national conference.
