Learn what it takes to help residents feel heard and understood, diffuse volatile opposition and foster greater understanding of the planning process. Matt will share what he learned from his experiences at the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre (LPASC), responding to requests for assistance with everything from minor variances to major high-rise development and comprehensive zoning bylaw updates from across Ontario.
